Researching a land property
Just recently started buying land and flipping it. My question is.... after you’ve agreed on a price with the seller, where do you go for additional research to check title ownership, encumbrances, liens, zoning, water, electricity, other property perks, etc?
Don't have the money or access for an extremely expensive data program quite yet.... Thanks!!!
