What disclosures are needed for vacant land? (CA)

Hey Everyone!

I know In California for residential properties you need a transfer disclosure statement, lead based paint, natural hazards, etc...but what about for vacant land?

To technical for me I would let the title company work that out unless broker involved he would know.
