wholesaling books?

Ok... So I like reading and learning from books. I've been looking at a couple of list on line of the top books about learning to wholesale. I was just curious if anyone had an opinion about which book on learning to wholesale is the best or a "must read"? I'm looking for a book that teaches actual wholesaling, start to finish. Not a specialized niche or technique that worked for one person. Something that is "real" step-by-step, so I can learn it and figure which out path is best for me and my market.
