Need alternative to TrueRent

I am looking for cloud-based software to manage about 18 units. I used the trial version of TrueRent and was going to stick with it, but they are not returning my emails with a question, so not sure about using them if customer service is lousy. Anyone have a good, relatively inexpensive alternative they recommend?

I've just started with SimplifyEm and I'm like them so far. Very helpful on the phone and quick to answer emails.
