Getting a loan

I am a foreigner and been working in the DC area for a year. I created an LLC a few months ago with the perspective of investing in real estate. Currently, I am bring my saving to a local bank here and trying to get a loan. However, I am having some difficulties because I am under a G4 visa and do not pay taxes, my company is pretty new. Any suggestions on what to do?
