How to provide rent roll?

Hi everyone,

I'm a wholesaler and I mostly deal with vacant or owner occupied homes. Lately I've been getting tenant occupied properties that landlords want to wholesale. I see a lot of investors asking for the 'rent rolls'. Now that I'm going to start wholesaling tenant occupied properties, what makes up the rent rolls? I'm assuming it's the history of the tenant paying the rents, but how is it given? Excel?
