We are thinking of making a trip or two out to Asheville and get to know the area a little bit more. Is anyone investing in that area. So far I have heard mixed reviews. We are looking mainly for tenant occupied homes or homes that may need minor rehab like pain, flooring, new doors etc to make rent ready. What are your thoughts on the area?
