So, we are about to close on our first flip property. The numbers work very well, however, the market is a little colder than we would like. The average DOM is 140.

Does anyone have any tips on getting the rehab to sell faster, once it's complete?

I am thinking that it may be beneficial to start marketing it before the rehab is completely finished, but because I'm a newbie, I'm not sure how well this method works. Surely it cannot hurt?

If you have any tips, please let me know! I'm all ears!

There's only so much you can do during construction. I am working on this challenge for our rehab. Start with uploading photos every week or more often showing construction progress. I started to talk to realtors I know introducing the house as coming soon. I tried Facebook Live video on Thursday and shared it on my post and a few FB groups.
