There's only so much you can do during construction. I am working on this challenge for our rehab. Start with uploading photos every week or more often showing construction progress. I started to talk to realtors I know introducing the house as coming soon. I tried Facebook Live video on Thursday and shared it on my post and a few FB groups. https://www.facebook.com/safeharborhomesolutions/videos/1718151705122358/

I have a question though. I understand the offer amount on a property under this guideline has to be 95% of asking price or higher.

But what about concessions? Can we ask for any amount of cash at closing for repairs?
