Legal Question

I have an LLC in Kansas that is my house flipping business. I am taking on my first flip in Missouri,

My understanding is that I don't need to do anything special from a legal perspective.  Initially, I was concerned there would need to be filings with Missouri, but I have received the advice that it is not necessary to do anything additional just because the flip is in another state than my business filing.

Is that correct?
