Property. Wholesaler to Seller. The truth.

...I had the property in the palm of my hand, but the dealer failed to mention, he had a prior buyer lined up, even though,I asked before any paper work was involved.....Also, he asked me to ask my buyer to close in 6 days.....my buyer did no inspections or haven't even viewed the property...is that normal?..

Second problem/Question....I signed the LOI! Will I be held responsible for anything?

Third Question...Any steps for wholesalers to ask sellers about obtaining a property?
