Interest rate vs APR
So I went to my bank just to see what kind of rate I could qualify for and I got pre-approved at 4% interest rate and 4.35% APR. What's the difference between the two and is this a good rate? My credit score is 800-815.
He was also telling me not to go fha because of PMI and they offered another type of loan similar but I don't remember what it was called. It was some type of conventional loan.
