wholesaling rentals
Ok, so I moved to an area that seems to be a hot spot for rentals. I am a wholesaler and have only worked with investors who fix and resell properties. My question is... in a rental wholesale deal, what is the equivalent % number to the minimum 30% profit that a fix and sell investor looks for? How do I make sure it's a bad, good, or great deal for a rental investor before calling them? I have not invested in any properties myself yet. Only found deals for investors. I think that's why this is so baffling to me. Thanks in advance for all the advice.
