Propane or Electric stove in a flip?

My most recent acquisition has a choice for me... install an electric stove or propane (no natural gas in this rural area). It's set up for both. I've never had that before, so I've always replaced with whatever was there previously. The house is a typical 3 bed/2 bath starter home that will have an ARV about 15% above the median house price for the area.

Any idea what is more desirable?  Has more perceived value?
