Qualifying for FHA financing with existing VA mortgages

Good afternoon all, I have two existing mortgages through the VA. I'm looking at trying to use a FHA insured loan to buy a family home so that I can leverage my cash for an additional rental property. I haven't found anything that doesn't allow me to have VA and FHA mortgages. Does anyone know otherwise? Any potential pitfalls that I should be worried about? Thanks in advance for the advice.

@Jared May You can have 1 FHA loan at any given time. This should not be affected by you having a VA loan. You should be able to get a FHA loan.
