exporting recently sold homes without a real estate license

I know there is realtor.com and zillow where you can see recently sold homes in an area, however i've yet to see any way to export the data to a spreadsheet, pdf, anything. Does anyone know of a way to get this data without a license? The only option I'm seeing is having to hire a VA to create a list for each zip code i operate in, and then update it regularly. If there is an easier way (other than obviously getting my real estate license) to get this information exported I'm definitely open to it.
