Buying Duplex in Milwaukee, Wisconsin
I'm looking to buy a duplex in the Bluemound Heights neighborhood because the property values meet more of my budget. I would be an owner-occupant. What type of neighborhood would you classify it as? I was thinking C-class. Your thoughts? What neighbhorhood would you invest in if you had an under $100,000k budget?

just keep checking updated listings regularly. I would agree as to B Class. Nice strong area for owner occupied. I have had some luck in this neighborhood with investors. You may need to buy a house in this area that will require some light "Make ready" construction but at your price point it can be done and done well! If there is any help I can lend please ask. Good luck!
