I am an investor flipping homes in Las Vegas. I have a Family that live in Jefferson Oregon. 

I want to buy and flip a property in the Salem and surrounding cities and need someone that knows that area that can give me their thoughts  on finding some properties there. Refer me to a friendly realtor in the area. Tell me about their experiences.
