I am an investor flipping homes in Las Vegas. I have a Family that live in Jefferson Oregon. 

I want to buy and flip a property in the Salem and surrounding cities and need someone that knows that area that can give me their thoughts  on finding some properties there. Refer me to a friendly realtor in the area. Tell me about their experiences.

Hello Fellow Real Estaters, 

I want to say thanks for your support and welcome back emails. I am looking daily for Deals in Las Vegas however I wanted to expand my area of investing and if anyone has any good areas to look in that have opportunities please let me know...thanks below is the start of the remodel of the kithchen area..it will expand out into the patio which will be converted into living space..I plan to add 700 sq feet to the house. 

I have been in the real estate field on and off for 15 years. I have decided to get back into the house flipping in Las Vegas and just recently bought and closed last week on my first rehab. Bought it at auction on Hubzu,  Quite excited to get it all finished and on the market. Will have some properties under contract that I will wholesale. I am always educating myself in the real estate arena. Would like to network with like minded Real Estate Investors.
