Homes selling on Online Auctions

Hello all,

Recently I've been entertaining online auctions.  Today's question is regarding the website 'Auction.Com'.  I see a home starting at 10K and also stated as 'previously valued at 45K'.  What does the previously valued mean on this website.  Does it mean that it we previously listed and auctioned at the bid hit 45K but didn't meet the reserve price? OR????

All help appreciated !
