Probably meets 2% rule. This is very likely a C/D area, right? Just curious. Never seen a 2% deal before. :)

This is a D neighborhood. You're in Liberty City. Management will be very intensive so I'd factor in an additional cost for vacancy (higher than normal), evictions etc. also maintenance will be an issue as well. Be very conservative when calculating your numbers and understand that you will need to be very hands on (assuming this is a buy-n-hold investment).
