Short term rental while selling
Question on short term rental in California: someone wants to rent my condo for a month or 2, while I'm selling it. Got a few leads for buyers now but by the time we close and everything, I can make extra money... but is there a way I can be stuck with the tenant with short term lease? And she is willing to give me access to the place to continue my visits, written in the lease, can we do that or there is a law against that? So i think it is a win-win, should I do it? Thanks
