Hey Bp i have a question for you guys, is it better for me to go ahead and contact the realtor of the property that I'm looking at first then get my financing together or vice versa? When i first started this I spoke to a realtor that seemed to rush me through the process w.o seeing a property yet to get me to speak to his recommended mortgage guy.
