Who's purchase agreement do you use when buying thru a realtor?

I want to use my purchase agreement since it has my escape clauses. A realtor I'm talking to about some foreclosures is stating that I must use hers in Texas . Is there any way I can use mine or am I stuck using hers?

Most brokerages require their agents to only use their own purchase agreements when submitting an offer. It is very likely that your purchase agreement is missing many things that are important to covering all of the basis.

Why do you need escape clauses? That's not a good way to go about business. If you want to buy a property you buy it. Running around and wasting everyone's time is a quick way to earn a bad reputation in the industry. You may soon find yourself unable to do business in certain areas as nobody would wants to have their time wasted.
