Flint Rentals

I'm just wondering what investors are thinking about property in real estate in the Flint area. I am going to look at a property tomorrow in Flint. I'm not all for or against Flint but just want some general insight on the city. Even if I don't like what I see, it'll be nice to just look at a property for the first time, no matter the area. Perhaps I'll post it in the marketplace if it seems like a good deal. I'll be sure to get reliable, if applicable, comps around the area even though neighborhoods safety change from block to block in areas like this. I'll be sure to get all the numbers on the property. Any constructive criticism is greatly appreciated!
