Just thought I'd share!  I passed the Wisconsin Real Estate Salesperson exam today.  I imagine that getting a license will help with my investing.  Probably around June I will be looking for a small multi-family in the Milwaukee area.

Congrats, I bet it was easier than you thought it would be, when i too mine 10 yeas ago, i couldn't figure out how anyone failed, make some commission,  and stack the cash so you can invest, learn and use the tools,  just know, you are now a Professional Dealer in the eyes of the IRS, get a good CPA to limit your tax implications, and plan plan plan.
