So i am pretty new to Real Estate Investing i don't own any properties yet. I always wanted to become a Real Estate investor. I normally understand a good deal when i see it. I've made made a few offers in the past on foreclosures, but I never ended up getting anything. I also looked at some really good deals that I passed up on because I was trying to find a home I could live in at the same time. Now that I have my mind set that I just want to become a investor. I wanted to ask the the more experienced investor if they had to do this all over again in this current market and only had 80k cash What would you do? How would you start? How would you make your money grow?
