All you real estate guys don't like to help much I see way more bragging going on then actual help on this site it's pretty sad most real estate people are so stingy with knowledge. . I mean I get it sometimes we need to figure it out ourselves. It wouldn't hurt to give some good advice on here once and awhile. I bet if I was a successful pro people would anwser my questions. Thanks for nothing!

I'm looking to buy a house through the sheriff sale in Montgomery County pa.

But they courthouse doesn't give all the lien info.

Where could I find it?

ok understood and i will do that but when i figure out what the value of homes are worth wheres the best place to look? foreclosures? sheriff sale? hubzu??

are sheriff sales a good idea?

either, im just trying to invest right

Whats the best way for a new investor to find a deal?

I'm currently thinking about buying cheap properties and renting them out.. i think i can complete 3 to 4 houses with my budget...
