is this an obstacle to selling?
Today I saw a SFH across the street from one I already own (big plus).
The numbers work (1.5 % of pp for rent), however the stone foundation has small cracks., and is bulging in one place . It is still very solid and not in any danger of giving in or moving more.
I met with a concrete repair man who will place stucco in front of foundation around the house and in basement. there won't be any cracks showing, however there will still be a bulging wall (approx 3ftx34ft) on side of house, with stucco on it.
Will it be possible for a buyer to get a mortgage loan on this house , ?
Or will i be stuck with it unless they pay cash or get a 203k loan?
Thanks!!
