So i think i found a good deal to follow through with. the only thing its a coop building. So im not sure what the problem that I might have. 1 - if i wanted to bring walls down to studs will the board have a problem with it and if not would i need a lisence contractor to do so if all im dont is putting new sheetrock up. 2 - how long do coops boards usually take to make a decision after i have a contractor and permits set? all this would be in NYC. so if there are investors that have go through this please let me know. this way i can make a decision
