Existing tenants.
Here's a question. We are looking at buying a SFR with a tenant in it. I have not done a walk through yet but I would assume I would have to bring things up to code if they are not.
Meaning I saw some pics of the property and it seems to lack a exhaust hood over range. With that be said I can image it has no CO2 alarms, smokes or exhaust fan for bathroom.
