Hi Bigger Pockets,

Yesterday i went out driving for dollars in some neighborhoods near mine. I know its not the most efficient way to find deals, but I found a couple of FSBO's that looked like they could make for a nice wholesale if the price was right. I took down the numbers on the signs, and I'm planning to call and inquire about the houses tomorrow. The problem is this is my first attempt at actually executing a deal and I have no type of outline as to what I should say over the phone, what questions to ask, etc. My goal is to contract the house and sell the contract so as to avoid having to do a double-close. Anybody kind enough to give a newbie a little guidance???
