Asking Price compare to offer

On average how low do you want to offer in comparison to the asking price and usually how low will they go from their asking price. Have a place now but my father fixed up the deal. Thanks.

I'd ignore list price, look at the numbers and make the offer that makes sense. I've bought properties at above list price, and also as low as 30% of list.
