Sold for $10

Hi folks, what does it mean when it says that a house sold for $10 on Zillow/Trulia/etc? I was watching a house listed for $59,000 that needs some love, but isn't that bad (I drove by it). Thanks in advance!

@Phillip Y.

Usually that means it was sold 'with loving consideration' to a family member, or to a flipper/corp or something that wanted to keep the taxes low.
