Hey everyone! I'm looking for my first investment property (yay!!!) The only usual is I don't really know where to start. Should I go to the bank and see what type of loan/ how much I would get loaned. Or should I go searching for a realtor to help me find properties. Or should I start somewhere else, any info helps!
