Hello! My name is Drew, I love in northern AZ, and I have finally made the jump to get into some discussions. Before I have just been reading and taking notes on what others have said but now I have a kind of unique problem myself. I have been saving money like crazy to get into buying real estate and renting it out for passive income and so I have saved up about $20k and I am ready to put it down on a rental property investment... Here is the kicker... I just got let go from my job. Now what?!? Obviously I am scrambling to find another job but i feel like all of my investment goals are crumbling. I was wondering if anyone knows of a turnkey business or someone who I can go to, drop the 20k on a property to start making an income, but have them carry the rest of the loan? Or something around those lines? It doesn't have to be in AZ. Maybe someone knows a good trustworthy property manager in the Midwest or something that could also benefit me. I know it is a unique problem but if anyone has any advise I would love to hear any and all recommendations. Thanks!! Drew D
