I'm about to purchase a 2500sqft home here in Atlanta Ga. Purchase price is $103,000.00 homes in this subdivision sell for around $95.00sqft. Should I rent and hold or should I flip and cash in?? Forgot to mention if I flip, my budget is $50,000.00 for the rehab, if I rent the rehab budget will be much lower.

That depends on what your goal and your situation.

Do you want quick profit or to build wealth long term?

How much you can rent it for? What's your ROI if you rent it?

What is your acquisition strategy? You own fund or hard money?

How soon are you planning for your next project? Do you have fund for your next purchase?
