Does anyone out there have any experience with the Florida Panhandle? How's the market? Specifically the Pensacola, Gulf Breeze, Navarre area.

"Flipping the panhandle"

That sounds like a great new show, @Kevin Stone get down here and start filming!  If you want to know anything about the area let me know, I have rental properties and flip mainly in Pensacola, Pace and Milton.  Gulf Breeze and Navarre are very popular with the other local flippers.
