Hello BP,

I have been doing some digging on a few properties that are vacant. I am really interested in this particular home. My research is as follow so far....vacant since early 2008. Put up for a short sale in 2010. Owner filed bankruptcy in 2011 and was discharged (whatever that means) in the same year. I believe the house is now in a trust.... I have the name of the trustee....so here is the question. Do I contact the trustee or do I contact the seller(owner that is on the tax appraisal site) and does he still have right to the property
