Hi all, title says it all. Where to invest in Kansas City, KS? Best place/location. Interested in multifamily 2-4 unit. Want to do low money down as well.

@Eric DeVito Kansas City is a very hot market for cash flow. It's highly affordable, has strong rents and a strong and diverse economy. Personally, it's one of my favorite markets but like a lot of markets, you have to know which are the good areas. I recommend staying out of the 435 loop unless you get south of 85th St. We sell a lot of turn keys east of the 435 loop in the Independence, Raytown, Grandview areas and the area by Bannister Rd and 435 (the site of the Cerner project).
