Investing in HUD Homes

Good Morning BP...I'm a RE Broker who lists HUD Homes in Central California. I see a lot of questions regarding HUD Homes. I have a podcast discussing the topic if anybody is interested. The rules might be slightly different in your state, and in California our inventory has been hit and miss...but I've seen some Investors get some great deals over the years.
