Looking for Investment Experienced Realtor in KC

Hi,

I am planning on visiting Kansas City the weekend of 2/19. We have a couple of turn key providers that I will be visiting with to look at a few properties on their inventory. I also would like to look at a few homes that are currently on the MLS and would like to find a experienced realtor. I figure the more companies/people I meet with, the more I may learn.

This will be for my first investment property and hope to aquire more later this year.  I would like to concentrate on the Independence and Grandview area.
