Inherited Tenant Welcome Letter

Does anyone have a sample welcome letter that they send to inherited tenants when purchasing a property. I know @Brandon Turnermentions he uses one in his book "The Book on Managing Rental Properties" but I can't seem to track it down. Any help would be appreciated. I close in a a week as long as the seller takes care of U&O.
