Hey BP, Kansas City property services is a small family owned general contracting company in Kansas City. We have been doing REO rehabs almost exclusively for about 4 years and we are looking to expand our business and partner with some KC investors. We would be willing to partner on deals in many different ways. Our immediate goal is to purchase properties to flip, we would also like to add some KC investors to our list of customers.
