How do you convert a SFR to a multi family as far as the legal aspects? Does the pud 2 or less units per acre mean I am allowed to create a duplex on this property with the existing building? 1.39 acres 2684 sq ft. There are 2 concrete slabs in back. One is 28x 40 with utilities connected. This is not a subdivision. It is semi rural acreage 1 mi from interstate. 100 ft wide x 600 ft . Also, how to do the legal aspects of converting to office space after MEMORIAL builds a hospital in this zip code?
