Drug Dealer Murdered In Front Of My Property.. Just Another Day

I woke up to this voicemail from one of the family members selling us a property. Apparently, one of the other family members started selling drugs out of the house. Now a drug dealer was murdered on the property. Just a typical day as an investor in Miami :) :)

I live in Miami and I buy properties mainly in the worst areas. That's where the deals are! Anyways the people who live in those areas are used to the crime rate and violence and are almost numb to it so you shouldn't have problems reselling it. Good luck! Message me the details I may be interested!
