Skip tracing companies and private detective for vacant property

I know there has been multiple threads but want some other opinions.

Here are the often mentioned skip tracing companies:

  • accurint (expensive and monthly mins)
  • TLO.com ($1 / search but no monthly mins)
  • microbilt.com (monthly min' ~$70/month)
  • findtheseller.com ($50 for unlimited)

I plan to try TLO.com if I can qualify.  That seems the most logical since there is
no monthly min.

Regarding private eyes/detective haven't heard too many
recommendations.   Anyone have a good one to choose from
or is that a local thing?
