Wake County, NC Real Estate Records

This is probably old hat to most of you - but for the newer investors out there in the Triangle (Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill) NC area, there is a public webpage for Wake County that lists assessed property values and recent purchases. At http://services.wakegov.com/realestate/ you can search by address, street, or owner. I use it a ton.

In other NC areas, most other counties have the same thing; some others are just not quite as easily usable.
