LOW Income Financing Options
I am currently evaluating a deal that will require some creative financing.. I have a very low income but have found a property that I have determined will cash flow. It is actually a few houses in one sale. One house is completely rent ready. I hope to live in the second while flipping the third. I am a sub contractor so I know I can do most of the work myself. BUT, Long story short, with my low income I am having trouble raising financing. My Father and Friend are interested in investing but I want to have the property in my name for the sake of selling in 2 years and lowering property income as I live there. Any thoughts, ideas, or further questions would be greatly appreciated.
