I'm looking to invest in RE Fix/Flip Capital Groups in NJ/NYC

Hi. I'm interested in investing passively by supplying general business loans to Fix/Flip/RE companies with an established record, who are looking for capital investments. Any such in NJ that anyone knows of? I'm less interested in specific deals/properties, but rather I'd be more interested in setting a quarterly rate of return and investing by making general loans to the business. 

Anyone with experience doing this? Any of these companies that folks know of in NJ/NYC
